Eclipse Breathing Forms

I don't know about everybody else. and I can't speak for everybody else. but I did as I felt called to during the eclipse following my own spiritual practices and guidance. The energy was so intense and so amazing and even 3 days later I'm just now finally feeling normal afterwards
